Overview
Split into two equal groups before the pull. They soak Spectral Coils and take opposite Phase 2 sides. Eggs need no dedicated handlers. Walk over them, keep the carrier out of green, and break them on the next Coil soak.
Phase 1 is two egg-and-wave cycles into a Venomous Heart burn. Phase 2 is a split Warden and cauldron delivery. The intermission is Coil soaks on a rotating tail. Phase 3 shrinks the floor with Circling Prey while three Serpent's Bite groups soak.
Phase 1
Three eggs sit mid. Touching them pulls. Assign three players to grab them on the pull. One tank holds Ula'tek, one holds the tail. Empty melee is raid Mother's Wrath. Empty tail is a Rattler Slam. Swap during Caustic Waves, never on an open GCD.
Spectral Coils slams both sides of the tail. Split the two groups, one soak each. Soul Constrictor blocks the next soak, so do not stack both groups on one slam. The soak breaks carried eggs into Rawlings. Drag them onto the boss.
She pulls one wing back, then that side's Caustic Waves fire first. Run opposite the pulled wing. The tail adds waves of its own. A wave that hits a carrier hatches a Viper. After two egg-and-wave cycles she casts Rage of the Shackled. The Venomous Heart takes double damage for 20 seconds. Bloodlust about five seconds early, dodge Falling Debris, and burn. She submerges when it ends.
Phase 2
The two groups cross to opposite corridors. Grip and rescue out, save a Warlock gate for the return. Kill the Doomscale Warden first. Grasping Fangs tethers three players per side. Breaking a tether applies Blight Vein to the whole raid, including the other corridor. Snap two at a time, wait for the DoT to drop, then snap the next pair.
After the Warden dies, pick up leftover eggs, then the big Doomscale Egg last. Walk them into the Doomscale Cauldron, small first. Interrupt the Weakened Doomscale's Anguished Cry, point the frontal away, then gate back and stack for the second Rage of the Shackled.
Intermission
Eggs fall mid. Pick them up. Tails rise around the room. Group 1 soaks casts 1, 3, and 5. Group 2 soaks 2, 4, and 6. Soul Constrictor is why you alternate. When the floor glows, stand at the edge. The middle shatters into four platforms.
Phase 3
She surfaces at the bubbles. Tanks and melee play on her platform. Ranged and healers start one platform counter-clockwise. Call of the Serpent drops a clutch on each platform. Stay out of the spawn circles, then kill the eggs before they hit venom.
Serpent's Bite marks one melee, one healer, and one ranged. Assign three soak groups. Stay in the circle until the debuff clears, then spread for Volatile Purge. A missed soak becomes a Calcified Corpse and wipes the pull. Weave Caustic Waves through the gaps. Leave the melee platform before Circling Prey breaks it.
Broken platforms hatch Shriekers. Taunt them to the boss, interrupt Vicious Echoes, and kill them before the raid DoT stacks. The second platform break is the hardest overlap. On the last floor, soak one more Bite, dodge the wave, then burn the last Venomous Heart. If she is at 1 or 2 percent when the floor goes, jump off behind her and finish.
By role
Tanks
Hold Ula'tek and the tail. Swap during Caustic Waves. Stay in melee for Mother's Wrath and run back into the red pool. In Phase 2, stack the Warden on glowing eggs. In Phase 3, taunt Shriekers onto the boss.
Healers
Putrid Membrane is the tax for every Viper. Ramp Spectral Coils and the Venomous Heart windows. Cover Blight Vein when tethers snap. Assign extra soakers to the healer Serpent's Bite, then spread for Volatile Purge.
DPS
Carry eggs, stay out of green, and soak your Spectral Coils. Interrupt Malice and Anguished Cry. Snap Grasping Fangs in pairs. Kill clutch eggs and Shriekers. Lust the first Rage of the Shackled.
Why pulls die
Vipers from Caustic Waves on carriers stack Putrid Membrane until healers cannot cover it. Empty melee or tail turns Mother's Wrath or Rattler Slam into a raid hit. Simultaneous Grasping Fangs breaks stack Blight Vein on both sides. A missed Serpent's Bite is a Calcified Corpse. Late Circling Prey leaves people on a dying platform.

What hatches a Viper instead of a Rawling?
An egg or carrier that touches Caustic Waves or the venom around the platform. A Spectral Coils soak hatches a Rawling instead. Every Viper sprays Putrid Membrane.
Where do you Bloodlust?
The first Rage of the Shackled in Phase 1. The Venomous Heart takes double damage for 20 seconds.
